生物化学是生物相关专业的一门重要的专业基础课。本课程主要讲述糖、脂、蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子的结构、性质以及生物学功能；物质的转化与能量代谢；遗传信息的存储、传递和表达；物质代谢之间的关系及在不同水平上的调节。通过生物化学的学习，使学生系统地掌握生物化学的基本理论，为学生后续课程的学习奠定基础。 Biochemistry is an important basic course for biological department. This course mainly deals with the structure, properties and functions of biological macromolecules including sugar, fat, protein, nucleic acids and so on; conversion between substances and energy metabolism; storage, transmission, and expression of genetic information; relationship between metabolism of biological macromolecules and its regulation in different levels. This course will help students master the basic theory of biochemistry, and lay the foundation for students to study the following courses.
