本课程是包装工程本科专业学生必修专业课程。 本课程按照包装工程专业规范要求由两大部分组成，第一部分是包装印刷技术核心内容，重点教授图文处理与制版中的数字印前处理系统与输出系统，各种制版工艺与质量控制，数字打样系统与原理，计算机直接制版系统、工艺与质量控制。在简介印刷复制原理和油墨传递与转移原理的基础上，重点讲授胶印、凹印、柔性版印刷、丝网印刷和数字印刷的印刷原理、印刷设备、印刷工艺、质量控制及应用，突出不同包装印刷工艺的特点，寻求印刷元素的最优组合和工艺设计，使学生基本掌握正确进行包装印刷技术的合理选择和主要印刷要素的确定。第二部分是包装印后装潢加工，包括纸制品、塑料制品、金属制品及玻璃陶瓷制品的印后加工工艺及方法，讲授上光、覆膜、烫金、模切压痕等装潢加工原理、加工设备、加工工艺及应用，使学生熟悉包装印后加工的特点、加工工艺和质量控制方法。 The course aims at undergraduates majoring in packaging engineering discipline. The course is made up of two parts including the technology of packaging printing and its application. The first part introduces the theory of printing reproduction and ink transfer, mainly the fundamental knowledge of color separation and reproduction, digital prepress system, plate making, digital proofing system, CTP-system, printing press, packaging printing materials, printing processes and quality control of offset, gravure, flexo, digital printing and screen printing, and focus on the characteristics of different printing elements and the optimal combination. Through the study, the students can make the reasonable choice of printing processes and make sure the important printing elements. The students can master the characteristic, production process and quality control of specialty printing. In the second part, the course introduces the post-printing technology principle, equipment, processes, quality control and application of varnishing, laminating, hot-foil stamping，die-cutting etc. for the packaging products made from paper, plastic, metal and glass.
